Utility work to start along Cork Street

WINCHESTER — City officials will be doing utility work on Cork Street between Loudoun and Braddock streets during the next three weeks, officials said Thursday.

According to a press release, construction work will consist of replacing water and sewer service lines and fire hydrants. Traffic will be limited to one lane during the day, the release states.

Both lanes of traffic will be open at night.
