Online-only ads

Free days

Submit your online-only ad before 4 p.m. Monday - Friday and your ad will go online the day before it is scheduled to run for free.

Ads submitted after 4 p.m. Monday-Thursday will be processed the next day.

Weekends

Online-only ads submitted after 4 p.m. Friday will not be processed until Monday morning. Ads scheduled to start on a Saturday or Sunday must be submitted before 4 p.m. Friday.

Classified liner rates

We charge per word. Ads that have slashes (/) or words that are merged together will not be accepted.

1 day: 45¢ per word
2 days: 35¢ per word
3-5 days: 27¢ per word
6 or more days: 25¢ per word
30 days with 30 or more words: 16¢ per word
30 days with 15-29 words: 18¢ per word
30 days with 10-14 words: 19¢ per word

Steps to placing an online-only ad

Submit your online-only Classified liner ad and pay for it with a credit card. You may enhance your online ad with bold, italics and up to four photos. In most cases, your online ad will go up the same day you submit it. Please see deadlines at left for more information.

Placing your ad is quick and easy:

1. Select a category and classification
2. Fill in contact information
3. Compose ad. Do not merge words or use slashes - we charge per word. Rates are shown at left
4. Enhance ad with boldface (25 cents per word per day extra), italics (25 cents per word per day extra) and up to four photos ($1 per photo per day)
5. Preview or re-edit ad
6. Select dates the ad will appear online
7. Continue to billing

Ads placed through this online process will only appear on our Web site. They WILL NOT appear in the print edition of the Daily. Call our Classified department to place an ad in print.

Photos
You may submit up to four photos in jpg format with your ad. These photos can be no larger than 200 pixels wide or 200 pixels deep. If they are bigger than that, or if they are not in jpg format, they will not be uploaded. All photos must be submitted online at the time the ad is submitted.

Payment

Once you submit your ad, you will be taken to our PayPal page to pay for the ad. You can pay for the ad with a major credit card or through your PayPal account.

Ad content, technical issues
The Daily retains the discretion to reject or revise any advertisement due to technical issues. The Daily also reserves the right to edit, revise or reject any advertising based on content. Your ad will be reviewed before it is placed online.
